Background

I am an American artist living and working on the Costa Blanca in Spain.After many years working in the creative industries (music and fashion), I began to refocus my energies on my painting in 2022 which I have always been doing since my teen years. 

In my work, the recurrent motif of fencing—both obstructing and defining the view—serves as a visual metaphor for the internal and external barriers that encase human experiences within a hostile society. My paintings delve into the raw essence of the struggle against confinement and the perennial quest for freedom.
